We will look at Towers Grande. There are 16 units currently for sale in Towers Grande starting from $249K for a 3/3 unit and the prices go all the way to $799K for a 4/4 (4,011 sq. ft.) penthouse unit. Large units, 2 bdr units are over 1,800 sf, and 3 bdr units are over 2,000 sf. 9' ceilings. And still I would not call any of DiMucci Condos luxury in the contemporary meaning. Somehow they are more of the yesterday than even today. Reading description in MLS you will see luxury again and again. It is not the same as Ocean Vistas, Ocean Villas and Cook's Costa Bella collection of gorgeous condos in Daytona beach Shore Let me call it "primitive luxury". Primitive not in the sense of craftsmanship, but in the design and overall ambience.

7 units sold in 2009. So far this year one closed sale for $425K for 3/3. One pending unit. Does not look too active, but there are a few short sales coming, so the dynamics can change fast.
